Refund policy

FULL-PRICE ITEMS

We want you to love your new jewellery pieces! If you're not 100% in love with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund, credit note, or exchange for items purchased at full price within 14 days of the delivery date(excluding earrings*). Items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging. Please note that return postage costs, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty, is the responsibility of the customer.


SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

For items purchased on sale or with a promotional code, we can offer an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (excluding earrings*), unless the item isdeemed faulty by our team. Items must be returned in their original condition.

*Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for earrings, unless they are deemed faulty.


FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on crafting high-quality pieces. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please email us at care@meldjewellery.com to arrange an assessment. Items will need to be returned to us for inspection before a decision is made. Please see details on our 60 Day Warranty for items with manufacturing faults. 


Please note, the following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • Scratches, dents, or other damage due to wear and tear
  • Pieces that are bent, misshaped, or snapped due to mistreatment or regular use
  • Tarnished or faded plating
  • Chipped pearls or stones

CREDIT NOTES

If you opt for a credit note for your full-price return, it will be issued as an online gift card. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online, either in full or in part, during this time.


RETURN PROCEDURE

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at care@meldjewellery.com to request a return.

  2. Follow the instructions we provide to post your items back to us.

Please Note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging. Please ensure your return is carefully packaged in its original box or a sturdy container with padding. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
